Good food and very nice service, who voluntarily brings the food with cutlery across the street to the pub.

Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere - a Böblinger original. But if you are into dazzling and Etepetete, you are definitely in the wrong place. Great pizzas, excellent lasagna, just to name our favorite dishes here. We like to go there regularly. An Italian with charm and good taste.

Bad food, poor service, location without atmosphere

After arriving in Germany and getting out of the mandatory quarantine my wife and I went out exploring. We found this delightful place on our second day. The lady speaks Deutsch, Italian & English. She is modest about how well she speaks English, but speaks it quite well. She added an English translation to a set of menus that is good enough to easily order. The food is amazing and the outside eating area calm and relaxing. We ended up talking with her and her husband (the chef) quite a lot (she translated for him). It kinda felt like visiting your parents and having them make you a good meal. The house red wine went well with all of our dishes and was good on its own. It was so pleasant that we hardly realized that we had been the for over 2 hours. This is going to be one of those places the we will frequent.

A restaurant that is getting on in years. As a greeting, the lady of the house could not be dissuaded from disinfecting the guests' hands with surface cleaner. Starter was wrongly served, contrary to the order. Main course (salmon) was ok. Some dishes were out on an early Friday evening just after 6pm. Generally very slow service. Unfortunately not exactly what I expected, but this is subjective.

We were invited to Böblingen as part of a meeting of friends. What awaited us there for an upscale restaurant was intolerable. As a greeting, each guest was given a large splash of disinfectant in their hands. Gut was accepted because of Corona. The first information from the landlady when ordering drinks. The dispensing system is broken, there is only bottled beer. Accepted as the beer was served by the glass. Ordering food: at least 4 dishes shown on the menu were not available or it was said that there was no soup in summer. Unfortunately, I can't show my plate decorated with forest waste and even two feathers, I forgot my cell phone. Was cleared after dinner without a word of apology. The biggest letdown, after 3 hours we were told that the beer was running out because we only had 1.5 cases of beer. And that in summer. Incidentally, the bottled beer was billed as draft beer on the bill It was guaranteed to be the last visit to this upscale traditional restaurant. The photos are from a visit a year ago.

This Hidden gem is a must when visiting böblingen! My partner and I stumbled upon the restaurant by chance but we both couldn't say better things about the outstanding service and delicious food, all for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be visiting again!

Cozy restaurant, nicely decorated, invites you to linger. The owner is very friendly and warm. The food is delicious and fresh, can only be recommended!

Alfredo is the owner. His wife was our waitress. They were super friendly. The food was amazing. We ordered bruschetta, lasagna, seafood pasta and we had some wine. Best Italian place we’ve ever been to! Everything was perfect. We can definitely recommend this place.

Italian warmth as if you were in the middle of Napoli. Delicious food, a cozy, relaxed place, friendly conversations with the owners. Even children and dogs are welcome. Mille Grazie

Good Italian Food. Restaurant was cozy and peacefull. They got English menu and the host Mrs.Alfredo was very helpful in selecting the menu. We enjoyed the food and our time spent in thos restaurant. P.S: I didn't like the egg soup though.

Hey folks, who complains about something at Da Alfredo should stay home. Come to this restaurant for 15 years, and it was always.TOP. And since I lived for a few years in Italy, I find his kitchen and his charm extremely great. Grace per tutto. Ulrich ✊✌

At 20.00 we wanted to eat something. As soon as we were in we were greeted with: you can go right back we close now. Never again will I visit this place.

Great and charming restaurant, the service was friendly and fast and had not only enough time for us. We had to wait a long time for nothing. The pizza we ordered was great and big, so the value for money is not to top!

Sometimes my stumble over gems without suspecting it. Since Alfredo is definitely one of them. Italian flair is still alive here. And the food! Hmmm. Whoever manages to plaster a whole pizza must have been really hungry. The prices are absolutely reasonable. Especially for a downtown location. You will probably find me here more often. 🤗😉

I have eaten here with friends several times and we always enjoyed it very much. The favorites are the spagetti frutti de mare and the grilled squid, the pizzas are all delicious too. There are always dishes that are not on the menu. If you ask Alfredo (boss and cook) about the preparation of the dishes you can really feel the passion with which he cooks. We would always be served very friendly, the prices are reasonable - hence a clear recommendation.

Quality of food is bad. Has gotten worse over time. The owner with the coarse voice was being harassed by some mafia and he was nervous. Which means the pizza came out bad. Stay away.

Absolute delight. I am very happy to have found this place. Apart from the food being delicious, the service is impeccable. The host and hostess Mr &Mrs. Alfredo were wonderful. They made us feel comfortable, understood our requirement (they served our order for kids in two small portions instead of a big play). We had a nice chat with them too.

Pizzas are really big. Didn't expect that. Could actually have shared a pizza and been happy. Food is very good, the service is friendly and attentive. Enjoyed myself a lot.

Nice little Italian restaurant. Pizza is delicious and, above all, great! Since the dough is also quite thick, the pizza is really something for the big hunger. Staff also friendly.

Small restaurant, very warm atmosphere and delicious food.

Tried it as we were in the area. Spaghetti and pizza were alright. I got the lasagna which I do not recommend. It was about 12 layers or noodles very little meat and really thin sauce. Not sure where the ricotta cheese was.
